While we were all excited to see our favourite reality TV star once more it seems we’ll have to wait a while before baby North’s big reveal as the A list couple are said to be unsure of how to introduce their daughter to the world. Kim and Kanye were spotted this week at a hospital in LA and in images captured by TMZ can be seen talking affectionately after the visit with the reality TV star looking casual and natural in her new role as a mum. While the couple appeared to be pretty happy insiders have claimed the ongoing headache of how to reveal baby North to the world is causing problems for the couple. Kanye is said to be keen to post an image on social networking sites like BFFs Beyonce and Jay Z while Kim is hoping his baby will be the first newborn on Vogue, RadarOnline has reported.

It was signed, “Fondly, Katie Couric.” So that’s all well and good, right? But the newswoman clearly didnt take the time to read her own note, which was missing words in places and truncated the babys name, reducing it to just no instead of North. The childish exchange came just two days after Kardashian finally stepped out in public with her infant daughter, called Nori for short. She (well, the nanny) toted the 8-week-old girl while Kardashian, with a pricey diaper bag, and Kanye kept a doctors appointment in Los Angeles.
